How do I return an item?
We want to make it as easy as possible for you, which
is why we ship our new products packed with a return label. If a product for
some reason does not quite match your need, just pack the item back in the
original packaging or an adequate substitute, attach the filled-out return
label and deliver it to your nearest GLS service point.
In the event of a complaint, please send an email to
customer service before sending the item back, so we can ensure that you
receive a refund of the freight.
You have 14 days to send back your items for return after receiving your order.
